Cherry Chia Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- Yields: 2 servings
- 1 banana
- 2 cups tart cherries, frozen
- 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Optional: protein powder, oats, leafy greens
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
