  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups tart cherries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Optional: protein powder, oats, leafy greens
