Ingredients

  • Yields: 2 servings
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt of choice (I used Chobani Greek)
  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice
  • Optional: for additional protein add 1 scoop Vanilla or Unflavored Protein Powder, or Collagen.

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
