Peaches & Greens Smoothie
- Yields: 2 servings
- 1 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt of choice (I used Chobani Greek)
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- Optional: for additional protein add 1 scoop Vanilla or Unflavored Protein Powder, or Collagen.
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
