My journey in the sports and fitness space began during my time at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I played for the volleyball program. As an athlete, I experienced firsthand how important proper nutrition is in maximizing performance.
I’m passionate about helping others work toward their health, performance, or lifestyle goals. With my background in athletics, I especially enjoy giving back to the community that has given me so much. I love working with athletes across the country to adopt healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits through individualized coaching.
In my free time, I love being outdoors. Whether that’s hiking, going for a run with my dog Roo, or simply enjoying a backyard BBQ. I love a good cup of coffee in the morning (or anytime really) and having conversations with new and old friends!
