I’m just a regular person who now in my 20s decided that I really want to take care of myself from a whole health perspective, and two of my goals lie in nutrition and exercise (specifically strength). Brooke has consistently worked with me to make eating, nutrition, and meal planning easy, tasty, sustainable, and simple— and that’s not a small task!! With Brooke I’ve learned a lot about good sleep, essential nutrients, but also that health is a life-long marathon, not a sprint and that all foods fit in that progress. I’ve seen great metabolism changes, energy improvement, gains in strength, and some (desired) fat loss on top of many other great benefits since working with Brooke.
